This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. No partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created between you and Stable Diffusion as a result of your use of its services. You agree not to represent yourself as a representative, agent, or employee of Stable Diffusion, and Stable Diffusion will not be liable for any actions or omissions on your part in this capacity.
